This is the perfect destination for your next getaway. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. The recently remodeled and redecorated interior is exceptionally equipped for family fun. Quaint 2 bedroom, one bath modern cabin with playful aesthetics. Lounge in the open living room in front of the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy a cup of coffee from our top deck. After dinner retreat to the backyard to enjoy the sunset from our brand NEW hot tube, or play cornhole.

Located just 10 minutes from the slopes and village. Completely remodeled with a rustic boho touch. This will be your home away from home. Come and enjoy all 4 seasons that Big Bear has to offer.

Other things to note*Please remove outside shoes when entering the home. Brand New carpet has just been recently installed.*No loud parties. Quiet time begins at 10 pm. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying and/or may be asked to leave the cabin.*Check-out time is 10 AM. A $50/hour charge will be added to any checkout after 10 am that is not pre-approved. It may be possible to check out at noon for an additional charge.** If drainage of the spa is required to return the spa back to its previous clarity a spa maintenance fee of $85 will be applied.WHEN DEPARTING
*All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away.
*In order to conserve energy and water, we ask that you leave any used beds unmade. This way we know which beds to change the linens on.*To help our cleaner with faster turnovers and allow future guests early access to the cabin we ask the current renter to start a load of white towels before departure. This would be greatly appreciated however this is not mandatory.* Please dispose of your personal trash in the black trash bin outside. Please leave trash cans out on the curb every Tuesday after 6 pm. Public trash disposal will come by to pick it up.*If extra maintenance is required to return the property back to its original state due to pet damage a fee of $100 will apply.*Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
