Very clean 24 foot tandem axle trailer with load leveling hitch and antisway device. Is set up with folding chairs (2), kitchen service for 4, pots, pans, cutting boards and basic cooking utensils. Main bed (walk around queen) is a murphy bed and is a couch by day and folds down to nice bed at night. Has fridge, microwave, oven, 3 burner stove. Furnace and air conditioning. 30 Amp service and have adapters if needed. Dinette converts to bed. Has power awning, propane barbecue on rear bumper and swings around to use at back of unit. Tows easily with large SUV or 1/2 ton pickup. What's includedLinens NOT included.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Depending on the time of week or time of year we can be flexible on the pick-up and drop off time. Feel free to ask if there are specific needs and we will always try to accommodate.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Load leveling hitch and anti-sway bar included and make it tow quite well. Uses standard 7-pin plug and brake controller is necessary. Many vehicles are equipped with this as standard feature in tow package. Often simple to add if not equipped.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Uses standard RV 30 amp plug and includes adapters to convert to standard household 110V. Air conditioning does require a 30 amp power source but otherwise everything else will work on household power.
Water- There is a fresh water holding tank as well as a hookup for fresh water spigot/pressurized water.
Sewer - includes drain tubes for standard sewer connection. Most campgrounds have the dump spots either at the site or centrally located.
