- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $149.00. This fee covers preparing for rental: deep clean, check-in orientation, propane, 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, air freshener and spray cleaner.
