I'm Ace, this is my second year doing Ace's RV Rentals to provide people the chance to experience their RV adventures in and around the beautiful state of Utah. My family and I have been enjoying our RVs for years and now we want to help share them with you! We've seen and done tons of cool things in Utah over the years so feel free to message me with any questions.What's includedYou won’t be disappointed on your outdoor adventure in this 2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S . This 2504S (Bunkhouse) model has all the upgrades, and yet, does it in a small, lightweight package that many SUVs will be able to easily tow.Dry weight is only 4910 lbs! Equally at home in a rv park with full hook-ups or boondocking on our amazing public lands…you choose.Sleeping accommodations for 5 include a Queen bed in the front, slide-out dinette that transforms into another full bed, and Bunk beds in the back that provide for tons of fun for the kiddos. . Well appointed kitchen includes full size oven, 3 burner range, microwave, and large sink. Large bathroom includes full size toilet, shower/tub combo, and small sink.Relax outside under the huge 17’ power awning with integrated LED lighting. A large griddle connects directly to the outside of the camper allowing you the ability to cook meals outside as well. An outdoor shower is available for quick rinses.The rental even includes a new equalizer and anti-sway hitch as well as a wireless rear observation camera for ultimate safety at no cost as well.Linens fully washed and all surfaces wiped/disinfected, full cleaning between rentals.Generator is separate charge at $25/day (unlimited usage) and you will need this if you plan on boondocking and will be using the A/C or microwaveWhat's included
This trailer includes nearly everything you’ll need for your trip including plates, silverware, cups, , mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots & pans, knives, strainer, cleaning supplies, sheets, towels, washcloths, first-aid kit, toolkit. Just bring your personal items and food to enjoy your no-fuss dream vacation.

If smoke smell is detected at drop-off a $200 penalty will be assessed plus the cost to have the smell professionally remediated
Tank cleaning: Black and grey tanks must be dumped and cleaned prior to drop-off. A $100 fee will be charged for dirty tanks when dropped off.
No pets: If it is detected that pets were in the trailer, a $200 penalty will be charged plus the cost of having the trailer professionally cleaned.
Speeds on non-paved roads shall be limited to 15mph
Excessive cleaning fee: a $200 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if trailer requires cleaning that is above and beyond what would be considered normal. This would include caked on pots and pans, mud and stains on the floor, counters, or sheets. If trailer has excessive mud on the exterior, renter shall rinse it off prior to drop-off.
Standard pick-up time is between 3p-5p. Standard drop-off is between 3p-5p
Early pick-up fee of $25 (if available and agreed to ahead of time by owner) or late drop-off fee $40 (if available and agreed to ahead of time by owner).
