Base camp is the rig for your adventures. Custom built to feel like a cabin on wheels. I spent a lot of time on the little details building this rig. It’s fully insulated with a parking heater to keep you warm for winter weather camping. I just replaced the tires with BF Goodrich KO2 on 4/14/21. There is tons of storage that locks to secure your valuables while you are out and about. With a spacious 8in memory foam mattress that is 60inWx72inL your gonna sleep good. I’m also happy to help find places to camp in the areas you are looking to spend your time. What's includedYeti Roadie 20, 7 gallons of freshwater, 2 cups, 2 coffee mugs, 2 plates, 2 bowls , 2 forks/knives/spoons, 1 spatula , 1 cutting board, coffee grinder, French press, portable sink, 1 pot w/lid, 1 pan, small trash can. Bedding/pillows for two, a full propane tank, two hand towels, two camping chairs.RecommendationsMy favorite area to camp in this van is Twin Lakes near Leadville. There is plenty of dispersed camping, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, and 14eers to summit. The van acts as a great base camp for all these adventures and is great for lazy days just lounging around.Other things to note

I’m Christian! You can usually find me with my girlfriend Nocole and my dog Capone out in the mountains whenever we are able. We climb, hike, and fish mostly. I’m a personal trainer/gym manager, Nocole owns a cleaning service and Capone is a full time gangster.

The owner was great to work with. Very communicative and offered a wealth of information as we planned our trip. The camper van itself was also perfect for us! Quite a lot of storage, comfortable sleeping, pet friendly, and basic cooking accommodations that met our needs. We were able to maintain a comfortable temperature when needed, even with the temperatures getting pretty warm at times during the day! We would definitely consider renting this camper van again.

The van was in great shape, easy to drive, and had everything we needed for an excellent trip around Colorado. Christian was helpful and responsive. I'd recommend this rental to others!

We had a lovely time in Christian’s van. We took it over the mountains and did some camping in Carbondale and Independence Pass. Van worked well on dirt roads and had everything we needed for a weekend of camping. Christian was very responsive and a pretty awesome guy :)

The van was clean and well maintained, the heater works very well. We had an amazing time in basecamp. The owner Chris was very friendly and accommodating, he recommended an amazing primitive camping spot that was exactly what we were looking for.
