Nathan was extremely flexible with pick up and drop off. He was also very easy to communicate with and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. The entire pick up to drop off process was smooth and seamless. On the start of the trip, he took his time explaining all the system and process from hooking up to driving the actual vehicle and even went with us for a quick drive to get a better feel of the vehicle. Nathan was very welcoming and friendly, definitely adding to the experience of renting his RV.
