Tom was really helpful in answering all our questions before booking and managing some problems with the booking process. He also sent through some great trip recommendations to help us plan our epic journey! Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we’ve had to cancel our trip but Tom was really understanding. Hopefully we’ll be able to rebook again soon!

Due to the Corona virus problems we were actually unable to use Tom's RV, and therefore we can't give ratings from experience for some of the categories ( I suspect they all would have been really good). However, we had great communication with Tom and lots of good advice from him - he was genuinely helpful and honest and agreed a full refund for us when we reluctantly decided to cancel our trip. The RV looked great and was exactly what we wanted to try - Tom was obviously very proud of it. I would recommend him to anyone wanting this type of RV.
Hopefully one day we will have another opportunity to explore the Rockies!
