Hands down the best trailer and easiest owner to work with! Really clean and ready to go! Some fun extras were in the trailer for us to use (outdoor games, soccer ball) and the kids loved it! Pickup and drop off was a breeze, the layout was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of room to spread out. The big TV was great for the cold nights we were inside with popcorn and a movie. The bunks were easily big enough for 2 kids in each which is how ours slept. The full size bathroom was great and the walk in pantry area made cooking and storing food so easy! We will be renting again as soon as we get time to get back on the open road!

Albert was very helpful throughout the rental. He delivered and picked up on time and the RV was exactly as advertised. I would recommend Albert for any future rentals.

Albert was a great host. He had the trailer delivered to us and set up on time. He checked in a few times during the trip and answered any questions we had. It was clean and is a newer trailer. We loved the outdoor fridge! The bed in the master space has a nice memory foam topper. All in all we had a great time and loved the convenience of renting a trailer. Beware there is no coffee pot so coffee drinkers plan ahead. We brought a French press. One good addition would be a mat to put at the steps base to keep the dirt out easier. We borrowed one from a friend since there wasn’t one in the trailer kit.

regarding you're observation, I will make sure to communicate clearer with renters in the future regarding their needs, out trailer is fully equipped and I don't place the mat unless the renter asks me too. As far as for the coffee pot, I do have one spare at home and I'll be happy to let the renters use it if they need. it's more of an individual thing and from my previous experience I wasn't asked about it. thanks for the feedback!
