We had an amazing California family RV trip thanks to Winie (the host) and the Mercedes Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite RV affectingly named MERZI. From the moment we meet Winie to pick-up MERZI the RV I knew we were in for a treat. The RV was in perfect condition and clean like it was a brand-new vehicle. Plus the best part was Winie’s hospitality. He had the RV outfitted with all the kitchen stuff, clothes hangers, entrance mats, bedding, RV leveling supplies, soap and welcome gifts that made this rental truly special. We flew into Sacramento airport so there was a limit to how much we could pack. How Wine setup the RV with supplies, we were setup so well for our trip. Also, it was only a short Lyft ride from the airport to pick-up MERZI the RV at Winnie’s house. The RV functioned well. I’ve rented long 35’ RV’s in the past and appreciated this RV’s 24 foot length while winding around hairpin turns of Tahoe, Yosemite, Hwy 1 in Big Sur, Santa Cruz and Marin Redwoods. This RV was even manageable for our day in San Francisco. I liked how the Mercedes handled. The side slide-out functioned well. The back Queen bed was comfortable for my wife and I. My teenage girls had plenty of room in the other two beds. There was plenty of storage. The convection microwave was perfect for our meals. We even did a movie night or two with the nice TVs inside on nights when we did not have a campfire. The outdoor shower was nice bonus too when a rinse off was needed after hitting up a mountain river swimming hole or Pacific Ocean beach. Every step of the way Winie (the host) was hospitable, helpful, friendly and did not forget about the most important thing, for us to enjoy this epic trip as a family bonding time with nature. I would definitely rent an RV from Winie again. I truly wish him and his family the best. Thanks Winie!

what an amazing RV rental and experience. Winnie (the host) was so thoughtful, nice and had the best communication from start to end. The Mercedes RV was smooth, reliable and so comfortable and easy to navigate. We cant wait to rent this RV again. There is no one I would want to rent it from but Winie.
