If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had rented from Outdoorsy 10 times prior to this and each one was excellent. This owner was totally dishonest (I am being polite. I could use a harsher word). We had the trailer delivered to the campsite, drove 3 hours to find that no one was there to hand off the trailer and there were no keys. They had delivered the trailer on the wrong day. So it was dropped there the day before and they did not return to hand it off to us. The trailer was not in the site that we had reserved because that one was being used on the day they dropped the trailer. There were multiple issues, but no one was there to address them. We messaged the owner who refused to acknowledge that there were any issues and even isisted the keys were there, which they were not. She did not offer to come out or send someone out to resolve the problem. She left us no choice but to cancel. She was untruthful to the Outdoorsy customer service representatives, even insisting that the keys were there. We are in the midst of filing a claim for a refund. I believe that she has probably done this type of thing before and will probably do it again.
