Everything horrible with this Rv. Rat shit all over, dirty and stinky bad room. Communication with owners very bad and owner ( lady) very Rude.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Do not rent from these people. The RV is rather nice but the interaction with the owners has not been good. When I picked up the trailer a walk thru was not done other than showing me some prior damages that occurred, the owner then went on to brag about the amount of money they got from the insurance and that they were not going to get it fixed. That should have been a big red flag, because when I got the camper to the location and opened it up it was filthy! Dirt every where, the toilet was plugged with fecal stains in the bowel and what looked like coffee stains all over the floor. But the lien was clean. On the first night we got really cold because the battery on the trailer is either bad or was to small for that size of trailer and the heater would not work. So I luckily had a big battery with me and hooked it up and amazing it would last almost two days with out being charged. After checking things I also noticed that only one propane of the tanks were filled and after inquiring about it the owner said yeah we only fill one and if you want both then you need to fill the other one. Really…you are going to send out a 32 foot camper with only one propane bottle to run the refrigerator and the heater. Just doesn’t seem right to me. Then I needed to heat some Mac and cheese up for one of my kids and the microwave would not work so I had to get one of my extension cords and plug it into another outlet for it to work. Then after the trip, I returned the camper and on my 2,000 mile drive home I get a text message informing me that an insurance claim had been filled for damages on the camper. So once again looks like they are trying to get more insurance money. So if you rent this one take a million pics before and after and have a lawyer on retainer because it seems like they will take you for a ride. Also if you are going to rent this one get the highest insurance package I decided to get the lower one because I’ve rent several times with no issues and figured this would be the same but it looks like it’s going to cast me additional $1500 due to there bogus claims. So save yourself the trouble and rent a different one!!!

The bunk house trailer was well kept and very clean. The amenities were great. I will definitely be booking my next trip with this trailer.

This is a very clean, newer, and comfortable trailer. All well equipped and everything is in a working order. Communication with the owner was smooth and great. We will definitely rent her RV again!!

They made renting a trailer a breeze! And they are so easy to work with! The camper was clean with fresh linens and stocked with everything we needed for our first trip. We can’t wait to book again with them!
