While we always strive to provide excellent service and top notch RV's, sometimes maintenance issues require us to cancel a booking. We are disappointed we had to cancel Cheryl's reservation due to an electrical system failure that couldn't be remedied prior to the pickup date. We would rather a renter have a worry free trip with no issues than to knowingly send out one of our RV's with issues.

This vehicle and our entire experience with Bearfoot Outdoor Adventures were excellent. The RV is very new, has good power, and a ton of features, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, back up cameras, etc. It is very easy to drive, including up the mountains to the Grand Canyon. It feels very big inside, especially when the pop out is out, and the vehicle has a bunch of amenities that make it very comfortable. Cooking was easy, fridge was great, beds were very comfy, and shower was enjoyable. It was a great vehicle for our family fall-break trip, with two adults and two elementary age children who loved the experience. And Mark (owner) was a pleasure to work with, very nice and very responsive to all communications. We highly recommend this vehicle and Bearfoot Outdoor Adventures!

Terrific owner & rig. Easy & flexible to work with, and responsive w/communications. Very professional & detailed in prepping the RV, which is in great shape. Made our vacation an A+. Diesel engine has good power & gets good mpg for an RV of this size. Only small glitch was a minor mechanical failure w/ one of the automatic stabilizing jacks over the final 2 days. Still worked when camped but needed attn when on the road. I’m certain the owner attended to that asap after our return. Great guy who cares about his guests.

This RV and Mark is fantastic. We highly recommend them. The RV is almost brand new and so it is really modern and in brilliant condition with everything you would want and more. Mark is wonderful. He gave us a full walk through and the RV was spotless. He was really helpful during our trip and quickly responded when we had questions. We rented this for 11 days with 2 adults and a 13 and 10 year old - the slide out means there is plenty of room for everyone. Thanks Mark!!!

This van was brand new, capable and awesome for our week long trip across Arizona and southern Utah in April. Our owner Mark was incredibly thorough in walking us through all systems at the outset, and also very responsive to support us with questions throughout the trip. The battery capacity is simply amazing. Even going off plug in power for a night without using the AC saw batteries at over 70% capacity the next morning. Overnight near Bryce Canyon the temps dropped down to 10F, but the well done insulation and heater kept us nice and comfortable. The freezer/fridge combination is larger than most vans and the freezer works well, enabling us to supply our 6-day trip with a single grocery run. This 2022 model Thor build has excellent touch screen controls, dimmable lights, and a really efficient layout. If heading back to Arizona, I wouldn’t consider another van rental and if this one was booked, I may even consider adjusting my trip dates. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience! Our RV was in pristine condition, and extremely clean. Absolutely beautiful all the way around. Our hosts, Mark & Beth, thought of everything. We plan on taking another trip, and will only go through Mark & Beth!

Basically brand new unit. Owners are easy to work with and very professional. The full side slide makes it very spacious for the size, and auto levelers are the best part!!
