Robert was great to communicate with and overall the experience was great. Only issue that came up was the water hose was missing but I went and bought one and Robert reimbursed me, so not a huge deal.

Having a host cancel your RV reservation with a 3 day notice is extremely stressful. Yes, that happened.
Within 4 hours of the cancellation Outdoorsy had replacement RV’s in line for my consideration

The RV was great and so were Robert and his son! The only issue was that it didn’t have enough towels and blankets for the four of us. I didn’t realize that I had to advise them of how many we needed but now I do. So all in all it was a great experience!
