Memories made on trips with Diana Geiver's RVs

Trip began okay. Prompt delivery to my location. Once in the vehicle about to depart, noticed low pressure tire light was on. Had to take a half hour to fill all the tires before hitting the road. Front right tire only had 25 psi. All the rest needed air. Unacceptable. 24 hours after leaving, and at our destination, the black water tank showed full, impossible with 3 guys just pissing. It either wasn't dumped completely beforehand or had a faulty sensor. Owner got angry and defensive about the tank situation. Couldn't use the toilet for next 2 days, afraid it would overflow. Totally unacceptable and made our stay inconvenient to say the least. Also, told the owners from our initial contact that we were going to the races at Sebring with 3 adult men, were unsure whether there was electrical or water hook ups and didn't know if or where a dump station was. No hookups available anywhere on site and had to use the generator to keep the fridge going and use the AC intermittently. Got bitched at and charged extra for using the generator, even though we had no choice and I thought that was the purpose of renting an RV so you could go where you wanted with independence. NOT. Had to pay $100 to have the tanks drained while at Sebring, called on Thursday when the tank light indicated it was full, but they couldn't come out until Saturday, the day before we left, so had to walk a long way every time we needed to use the toilet for 2 days. Totally unacceptable. Got charged by the owners a dumping fee again the next day when we returned the RV. The rig was advertised to be able to sleep 6, perhaps with 2 adults and children, or 2 couples sleeping together, but was NOT comfortable with 3 adult men sleeping apart. The dining table converted to a bed, fine if you're 4 feet tall. One leather recliner was broken and didn't recline, the other reclined but was not ideal to sleep in. Used the stove top a couple of times to cook eggs and bacon, got bitched at upon return for not using splash guard and not cleaning everything spic and span to their liking. Got bitched at again for using kitchen towels to clean surfaces and getting them dirty. Huh??? Got charged for the towels which were cheap to begin with. Tire pressure was low again upon our return, didn't go anywhere after we parked at the track. After we returned the vehicle, owners called to complain again that we left a folding chair, which we thought was theirs, a small pump and a car cover, as if we did this just to inconvenience them. We also apparently accidentally took a small bag that held their outside floor mat, which we never even unfolded or used. Got charged for that too. They tried to tell us we broke the handle on their little outside grill, which, again, we never even used, and they knew that it hadn't been used. Overall, what should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a disappointment and was compounded by the owners attitudes and lack of empathy for the inconveniences we had to tolerate. Everything was our fault and I feel the vehicle was not as represented. Renter beware!!
