We have a middle school aged son, and 1 lap dog. A toy poodle mix. We camp with scouts and enjoy glamping at Disney's Fort Wilderness. We are sorry if any of the below details cause an inconvenience for you, or removes us from being an option for your rental. We are just started on this venture of renting out our camper and until we have worked out any problems in equipment, usage, maintenance, etc... and build trust with the system, these rules give us more piece of mind, and hopefully should for you as well. We do try to explain our reasoning for each. Once we are more proficient and comfortable with the process, I am sure we will dial back/relax some of these details. Please feel free to reach out to us about anything. Communication is key. The more we know about our renter the more we are willing to modify things. Like not requiring us to deliver it, increasing the distance radius/mileage, or add-on costs. Most of the required add-on's are dependent on the condition when its returned and might not have any charge at all. We are relaxed and easy going.
