We had talked with Talitha on the phone at 11 am on the day of our trip letting her know the time we would arrive in in Baker city at 2pm. she agreed to meet us. when we arrived she was not at the designated spot , we called , she said the generator was sounding funny and had taken it to a small engine repair and as soon as they finished she would meet us. we tried calling her a short while later and she didn't answer our call. we tried calling a few more times , no answer. Then we called Outdoorsy, because we began to wonder if she was even going to show up. 1 1/2 hours later when we were talking to a representative from Outdoorsy, she arriived. she messaged us on the 25th telling us to give her a call when we were leaving our campsite to let her know when we would be there. she never answered any of our calls. we arrived at 11am we waited for 43 minutes, and finally had to leave the trailer, again we called Outdoorsy representitive and told them what was happening. We had a 7 hour trip ahead of us and needed to go. We did have trouble with the generator, having to turn it off and on about three times before the air conditioning worked, the bed that was the bench seats for the table, had to be worked on because it wouldn't stay up. we had troubles with the generator all days and saturday the battery quit and the refrigerator quit working in the middle of the night. The shower and the main bed were really nice. we did not use the kitchen as we had other arrangements for cooking. Also the trailer lights did not work . We appreciated all the help from Outdoorsy but the host did not have things working properly on the camper.

Tia was very positive and easy to work with. We were able to adjust our pick up time which helped us a lot. She was also great at explaining the trailer features before we headed out.
The trailer is a bit older and does need some maintenance completed to keep it in tip top condition.
