Discover Glen Elder Reservoir RV rentals for memorable road trips

Glen Elder Reservoir was completed in 1969 to provide flood control and irrigation water for the Kansas counties of Mitchell and Osborne. Before the dam was built, the site was the location of Waconda Spring, and in 1904, a resort was built to take advantage of the waters. The resort was later converted into a health spa, and the reservoir is also known as Waconda Lake.
