From the first contact, Cassandra responded immediately to our questions and rental request. Her communication was head and shoulders above the rest of the hosts we contacted. That immediately gave me confidence that the vehicle would be on-site when we needed it, and in good condition.
The camper is a newer model, and everything worked perfectly. Bedding, tableware, toaster, coffee pot, spices, pots and pans, everything we needed was there. Even sun screen was provided.
The generator was a quiet inverter type, and arrived full of fuel with 10 gallons extra. Cassandra and Mark went through a lot of extra effort to park with a second camper rented from another host, which made a big difference in our weekend experience.

I had the pleasure of renting Mike’s van for a trip to Brown County. The van has a great set up for road/mountain biking trips. I was able to store my XL mountain bike inside for the travel.The van was in great shape and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. The description and pictures of the van are accurate. It is a virtually brand new, luxury RV. Everything on the van worked as it should.I would happily rent this van for future trips.

We had an amazing experience renting Ol' Bootstrap! The RV was super easy to drive, and both setup and tear down were straightforward, even for us as newbie RVers. The bed and dinette were surprisingly comfortable, and we loved the awesome movie selection for winding down in the evenings. The free coffee was a nice bonus and made mornings that much better!Our host (Captain Hydro AKA Derek) was incredibly easygoing and communicative throughout the whole process. We really appreciated his understanding when we had a delay returning the RV due to a diabetic crisis that required us to stop for about an hour and hectic traffic due to construction. His kindness and flexibility made a huge difference.We’re so grateful for the great experience and will definitely be renting Ol' Bootstrap again. Thanks for everything!
