While driving give yourself lots of space with the vehicle ahead of you. 100 km/h Max on Highways. Remember the trailer is much higher than the your vehicle , watch for tree branches and other low laying obstacles. DO NOT let branches touch the trailer, they will leave marks. NO smoking in trailer. No Pets except in designated trailers. Please notify us if you use the 407ETR. Users will be charged a $15 handling fee if the trailer is charged for ETR services. Fantastic experience, you can tell there is care and experience put into these rentals from Andrew and Castaway. The trailer was in great condition and stocked with more than just the essentials. Andrew took the time to go through the hitching process and general operation of the trailer at pickup.

Everything was amazing! Andrew is friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and wonderful to work with. We ran into some unexpected issues that our trailer hitch company caused, and Andrew went over and above to help with that and come up with a solution.
