Prepare your favorite meals with ease using modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, propane cooktop, and generous counter space. We've even added a rolling island for a little more prep and storage space.

Furry Friends Welcome!
*We welcome up to 2 small, house-trained dogs (up to 20 lbs each). However, if we find evidence of pet accidents inside or any damage caused by you or your pets, your security deposit will not be returned.

We will deliver the camper. If you need the camper delivered to a concert or festival, there will be an additional charge since it takes hours to get in and set up.

2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor

This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental and two full propane tanks.

This beautiful unit is very new barely used with tons of storage space inside. It’s not made for big families… Sleeps 2 adults comfortably and 2 children on the breakdown kitchen table. Also has 2 recliners so could sleep up to 6 people. Two big slide outs. Queen bed. Unit has stabilizer jacks in the front and back.

We will provide cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper. You Must provide everything else including paper plates and plastic utensils, paper towels, bath towels, toiletries, bed sheets, covers, and pillows. Tv has basic cable and satellite attachment outside for using campground provided cable and satellite tv, We recommend bringing your own Roku device and remote to attach to the tv if you want to watch this on your trip. Most campgrounds have Wifi or you can tether your phone or ipads to Roku for tv viewing. 

No charge for propane usage as this is refilled and provided by us.   

Small pets only on approval. Must contact me first. This has been a problem in the past with my other units. Careful renters only.

Unit has 12 foot clearance. Any low bridges will destroy the unit. Plan your trip carefully. Understand the difference between pulling a travel trailer vs pulling a 5th wheel. Unit has built in sway bars, but since unit is a travel trailer has natural tendency to sway when driving too fast or when passing tractor trailers or when they are passing you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING A 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK WITH MIN. 10,000 LB TOWING CAPACITY 

Recommend you have enough experience in pulling BIG travel trailers. 35 foot is very long and will take an experienced driver to maintain your lanes and understand where this unit can and cant go.

The coffee bar comes equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, as well as a variety of premium k-cups, sugar, sugar substitute and vanilla creamers. 
The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels of various sizes, extra toilet paper, moisturizing hand soap and body lotion, and an extra set of linens in the linen closet.
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, topped with a comfortable and cooling bamboo mattress, over-head reading lights, a closet with hangers, a full dresser and an essential oil diffuser with various essential oils.
The storage cabinets in the living room contain a variety of board games, as well as extra pillows and blankets for the fold-out sofa bed. 
The storage underneath the RV (accessible from the outside compartment) contains 2x zero gravity chairs, patio-style folding table with folding chairs.

-If you are new to RV'ing, we would be more than happy to meet you upon your arrival to give you a walk-through tour and explain any functions that are new to you. We are also available via phone to do the same before/during your stay. A short instructional manual will also be provided on the countertop.

Get Lost with “Go Home”!  This is a spacious bunkhouse with all the comfortable amenities of home!  Enjoying relaxing in the new, king size bed while little ones or other guests stretch out on one of the bunk beds (with their own entertainment area!), over cab bed, Jack knife couch or dinette conversion.  This RV also has an outdoor TV underneath the full-size awning which is great for tailgating!

Full equipped with camping chairs, outdoor table, dishes, pots and pans, and games!

2018 FR3 FR3 Motorhome

She is a half-ton towable, 26 ft travel trailer. Large power slide out for extra living space inside. Massive awning with exterior lighting for family time outside. Can sleep 6-7 adults comfortably. Could easily sleep more kids as they can share a bunk or the kitchen table bed. There is a queen bed area with curtains for privacy, and storage under the bed and over head. USB ports by both sides of the bed. There is a dining table and sofa that convert to beds. Spacious, lighted double bunk in the back also with curtain for privacy and USB ports for charging. Queen and bunks will have fitted sheets, but please bring your own bedding or sleeping bags and pillows.

Full kitchen, including large fridge, gas cooktop, and large sink, is stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Lots of storage for food or other items in the pantry and cabinets. Fridge and freezer will be cold at pickup, and can remain on while traveling to campsite.

Full bathroom contains flushable toilet, sink with a mirror, and a stand up shower. 

Smart TV and DVD player included. There is also a bluetooth stereo with interior and exterior sound systems by JBL.

Has electrical/water hooks up or can run off a generator and water storage tanks. You are welcome to use our generator for a small fee if needed.
