It was a breeze working with Wenxi! She was very helpful in assisting with the last minute reservation- it was a surprise romantic beachside dinner. We only booked for one night and used the van for dinner only, but I am planning to book again for a weekend getaway. Definitely recommend working with VanVenture. Van looked just as pictured and my girlfriend loved every minute! Thanks Wenxi!

We had an awesome experience in Vanice! We traveled down South for the weekend - stayed at a campground the first night and then did dispersed camping the second night with an unforgettable view! Wenxi was very communicative and was proactive in sharing videos with us to show us any quirks on the van so we knew how to maneuver around it well. Also really flexible on pickup / drop off timing. The van was much easier to drive than expected. Wenxi has all the things you would need in the van cooking and cleaning wise (though cleaning spray would have been nice but I may have missed it). The mattress, as told ahead of time, is not a normal thick mattress but it was still comfy. Overall, a great trip!

Hello Juliane,Sadly, this 4 star seems a little retaliatory. You had messaged us that you had a great time and everything was great with the van except you wanted a discount for the 1-burner stove (which you chose yourself during check-out since you didn't like the 2-burner coleman stove) and you claimed the fridge stopped working midway through the trip. After examination, we identified that you had knocked the electrical cord out from the inverter after placing the heater and other items on top of the inverter. Though we understand how frustrating that must've been, we wish you could've reached out earlier for troubleshoot. I am taking this experience and updating our van manual to include this moving forward. I still went ahead and gave you a discount for the stove, but decided against the discount for the fridge since it was a user-error. We are happy you enjoyed the trip nonetheless.
