Garvin's is really easy to work with. Anna is quick to get back to you. We had to change locations from the original rental, they were very accomodating. On the day and time of our rental, Walter met us there and set everything up. If you have any problems, they get right on fixing them. Looking forward to getting something set up with them next year. Thank you for your timely delivery of our six units. Several of the units had battery problems. One had toilet problems. One had propane problems. The units were clean yet aging. We will rent again.

The camper worked out fantastic. The delivery and pickup service made this even better. The generator didn’t work properly and we were unable to use the AC.

Reserving process was easy and polite. Supplied nicely. Delivery gentleman was very pleasant, friendly and corrected propane leak by bring a different propane bottle. Trailer needs multiple repairs: toilet leaked heavey and refrigerator cold only when generator was running.

Hi Jim, Sorry to hear about the trouble. We have fixed the small leak in the toilet, you never know when something like that can happen. The refrigerator issue was actually a short within the trailer, which has been repaired as well. We hope to see you again in the future.

Our experience with Garvin's RV was awesome. Everything was exceptional! The day after we got home we realized we had forgot one thing and they mailed to us. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend Garvin's for your next trip.
