The RV itself was new and drove well. Had very nice options such as an app to control the lights, generator, etc. It is a small RV so driving it is easy and when you get to your destination the push out gives it a good amount of room. It can sleep 4 but it is better for just 2 people.
The modern convenience of the app and cool control pad in the RV was great BUT the levels of the clean water, propane and grey/black water didn't seem to be accurate on the app. So we got to our destination up and not going to move till the vacation was over and didn't have propane. Propane controlled the hot water and the cooling of the refrigerator. So couldn't take a comfortable shower since there was no hot water. We had to run the generator more so the food in the refrigerator didn't spoil. And upon day 2 ran out of clean water therefore no showers happened for the rest of the trip. It was a nice RV but really the gauges need to let us know if running low.

Motor coach was dirty. Like disgusting dirty, I wish I took more photos. They promised a cdc clean before and after each use and it’s totally bullshit. Things where broken in the motor coach. The pull out couch mattress they put a blow up over it instead of actually buying a replacement mattress for the motor home. To make it worse that was even grossly dirty. No one is keeping up with the maintenance of this motor home, or cleanliness , or even fixing small things like the handle to the drawers or fixing the latches to all compartments. Very disappointed and will never rent from them again. We even had to put our own money into the motor home due to lack of maintenance

Journey USA’s answer

We apologize if the vehicle did not live up to your expectations. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned prior to your departure and no mention was made of it being dirty when you inspected it prior to departure. However, we did waive the pots trip, cleaning fee for you in spite of it being returned in extremely dirty condition.

The RV was new very clean and all features worked well. Everyone I talked with were very professional and knowledgeable on the RV. Very easy process to set up for renting. Strongly recommend this company!
