Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your camper. We had a blast. Tom was extremely nice and we were really impressed with the level of service he put into setting up and cleaning the trailer for us. We are hoping to be able to rent it again next year.

The owner was very accommodating! Any requests we had, such as the use of a portable sewage tank or filling the water tank before delivery, he was happy to take care of. The camper was in very good condition. Everything was in working order; there was a sufficient supply of pots, pans, utensils, and linens. There were only the 3 of us, so there was plenty of space for everything. It had a lot of storage.

The Outdoorsy customer service was excellent. They were patient with me since this was my first time renting a camper. The owner Tom was so laid back and friendly he put me at ease using someone else camper.
We had so many outdoor experiences with our grandchildren that would not have been possible renting a hotel or condo.
When I vacation at NC OBX I will always use Outdoorsey and rent from Tom!

Tom was a great host! When we arrived at our camp site he had us all set up and ready to go! The camper was clean and in good working order! We will definitely rent from him agaon!

Tom saved the vacation! We had a rental house with issues and had to move out. I contacted Tom at 1:30 a.m. through messages and he responded the following morning before 8:00 a.m. and was so helpful with the process as it was our family's first experience with Outdoorsy or "glamping"! We were total newbies and extremely desperate after our tragic series of events. In less than 15 hours from the moment I reached out to Tom he had delivered the camper. It was perfect! Fit our family of 6 very comfortably. The camper is very clean and had everything we needed! Tom had it all set up for us and was very helpful. I truly appreciated the rescued vacation but also the fact that he checked in on us to see if everything was going OK and if we needed anything! We will be repeat renters and have already begun our planning our next "glampventure"! Absolutely the best!

The camper was super clean & basically brand new, which was awesome. Tom came to deliver and hook everything up we needed, instead of having to haul and set up ourselves - highly recommend this option. We were able enjoy all amenities and had a great time on our last minute vacation to the beach. Only tiny downside was lack of cookware - we mostly used our portable propane grill, but did cook a few things inside & could have used some sharper knives, more cookware options & utensils. Super minor detail that some people may not even have issue with - we just cook a lot!
