About Julie Fergus

We have been offering vacation rental homes since 2005. Our first vacation rental offering started in Bartlett NH. A vintage mountain cabin nestled into the hillside with a mountain view (sold June 2020). From there we added a second property in Wolfeboro 2006 that is located on a dead end street surrounded by trees yet close to town (still own and operate). In 2016, we added the Brick House to our rental offering to accommodate large groups and families (sold August 2020). In the fall of 2018 we have added a vacation rental on wheels: a Class C RV. Our passion for home design (Julie is a home designer) and gathering with friends and family has enabled us to create comfortable homes for vacationers and travelers to gather with loved ones in a private and relaxed setting. ​ We personally manage and care for our vacation rentals. Our hands-on approach ensures that vacationers, travelers, and guests arrive to a clean and welcoming home. Bring your dogs, they are welcome!
