Justin was very flexible for pickup and dropoff and was super helpful going over all of the features. The van was easy to drive over to the Gorge Amphitheater and back. It had everything we could need and was a comfortable sleep.

My wife and I had a blast with Justin’s Sprinter. It was our first trip as parents with a 7week old and the trip was flawless as well as the RV. We would definitely rent this again if (when) we visit Oregon again.
We didn’t have any issues and the instructions were clear. I would recommend folks give themselves time to empty waste tanks because the line took about an hour before a long weekend, so just some advice to other travelers who may be tight on time.

Justin was the perfect host and one of the nicest people to interact with. Good communication before departure and with pick-up and drop-off - readily available for questions. Very mindful of the details. Van was comfortable and provided space for restful sleep. Had everything you need - dishes, bedding, camp chairs.

I love this van and we received so many compliments on it! It's beautiful and was very clean. It was a dream to drive - it was easy to stay in my lane, taking slightly wider turns. The house battery stayed charged, thanks to solar panels on top. The quiet generator worked great for the times we wanted to use the microwave. Our campground got hot during the day, but we were able to easily cool the van off by opening the back and side doors, getting a lovely cross draft. Justin and Traci were amazing hosts. They were super communicative, answering all my pre-trip questions. Justin walked me though dumping and I was able to do it myself for the first time - it was so much easier than I thought it would be.

Enjoyed the trip and traveling in the RV very much. However, there were a few too many amenities, like the navigation system, the backup camera and the onboard water pump, that were not working to give the experience a higher rating.

Everything about the van and the trip was amazing. Pickup and drop off were easy, the van was exactly as described and there were directions on how to work every aspect of the van. I would definitely do it again!
