Norma was great and easy to work with. We never met her in person, but her friend Gary was great as well. The trailer was perfect for us. We didn't use the sink/stove because we basically needed it for storage while tent camping. It's a great lightweight small trailer that was extremely easy to pull on a 2.5 hour drive.
