TJ was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. His rig is clean and comfortable. TJ took all safety precautions and COVID19 protocols. We felt safe in his rig and he was very thorough with explaining how everything works. He also checked up on us (via text) while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going well. He also let us know ahead of time that there was an issue with the 12v power on the refrigerator. He said we could have a full refund since it wasn't working, but we told him we would just use it as a cooler. He then agreed to drop the mandatory 4-day rental so we could save the extra day. We only planned to use it for 3 days anyway. I would not hesitate to rent TJ's rig or any Outdoorsy member since I had such a wonderful experience.
