We pulled into our 1st site around 10 P.M. in the Niagra Falls area. It was cool that night so no need for the air conditioning and we didn't feel the need to unpack our cooler to the fridge until the morning. Morning came and we opened up the fridge to find mold. We cleaned it out and started to put the food in but noticed the fridge was not getting cold. Come to find out, the air conditioning system was broken. We also notice that the electrical plug was burned. We had to go to the store a purchase fans because the temp inside the cabin was 85 degrees. My husband had multiple calls to the owner, for which he did apologize for all the trouble. We also made calls to tech support several times. 2 days later, a tech came out only to tell us there was a broken part to the air conditioner and would not be in supply until September. Next was the drip under the kitchen sink which left a small river in the living quarters. The owner told us to put a bowl under it and empty it when full. My husband tried everything he could do to fix all of these problems and spent several hours out of our trip to attend to/deal with the multiple problems. We never had air. Had to empty that bowl several times so as not to have a mess. The living room area is floor is very warped, probably due to previous leaks. After all of this, Outdoorsy only offered us a $100.00 refund. Ridiculous!!!!! For all the extra time we spent trying to fix everything, we lost time off of our trip. I am grateful for the adventure we went on and all of the sites we were able to see, but the accommodations were less than desirable.

My family and I had a great time. Vito was awesome at explaining everything I needed to know about the RV. Any questions I had he was there to answer them.

The RV was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in it. Vito Dellegrazie was absolutely wonderful to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend renting this great RV from Mr. Vito Dellegrazie.
