The RV was just right! Cristina walked us through everything so we were prepared to hit the road without any hiccups. Plenty of space for our family of 4 - the fridge had ample storage and kept everything cold. Air conditioning worked great too. There were extras already stocked (like dish soap, towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, rugs, chairs, coffee maker & filters) so we didn't have to make any extra stops to pick up things that may normally be forgotten. Communication was excellent and pick up/drop off was effortless. Thanks!

This was the perfect RV for our adventure through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Its close proximity to Bozeman airport made this rental so much easier. The setup and breakdown at campsites was so simple and easy, it had us on the road in minutes each morning. It was roomy with the slide out, and kept in great condition by the owners. We could not have been happier with this rig. The Blackstone grill setup was a must have addition. it made cooking a breeze at campsites with its easy setup and propane supply from the camper. Would absolutely recommend.

Justin and Christina were perfect in every aspect of being great hosts. They were gracious enough to let us rent their RV, which made our trip to Yellowstone and Big Sky amazing. It is a well kept vehicle that offers all the perks of home while on the road in the wilderness. They communicated great and were very accommodating in every aspect. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for an RV in the Yellowstone / Montana area. Five Stars all around!

Having rented one from Cruise America before this was an amazing upgrade at pretty much the same price range. Cristina’s communication was fast and accurate. Everything was clean and smelling fresh! The RV drives “on rails”! Smooth, quite and easy to drive. The pull out is a game changer as it allows for ample room and when tucked in, fits comfortably within the highway lanes without making you feel like you’re going to brush with every other passing vehicle.
This RV definitely made it convenient to visit Yellowstone and Teton comfortably and in Style.

The RV was great and drives like you are driving a smaller truck. It was really clean and easy to use. They had everything in it we needed to cook as well.

Thank you for your feedback Stephanie and I’m thrilled your trip was filled with amazing memories from Montana & Wyoming! It’s great to get feedback and understand how we can strive for continuous improvements. We will work with Outdoorsy to get a suggestion in to push automated notices to renters throughout the book to departure cycle on the details of their rental. All fees and T&Cs from both outdoorsy and independent RV owners are posted in the booking system and when booking renters are agreeing to those at the time of reservation. Similar to campgrounds and hotels our 3pm pick up time and 11am return time is structured to accommodate work schedules and adequate time for RV safety inspections, preventive maintenance and a thorough exterior and interior clean between each and every renter. Our luxury coach is one of the only Class C RVs in Bozeman that offers unlimited mileage, unlimited generator use and complementary bear spray which was $400 worth of complementary offerings for your specific rental. Our customers safety and enjoyment are my absolute North Star goals!! I spend time educating out of state travelers on the best ways to stay safe in the backcountry and lessons learned on how to operate our RV. You expressed concern that you needed a precise drop off time and a ride to the airport. I heard your concern and had a triple back up plan for either my daughter, or my son or my husband and I to drop you and your travel companions to the airport at precisely 10:30 am! I kept that commitment and got you to your flight on time! As for your reason for asking me for a ride last minute on day of your departure instead of booking through outdoorsy, I assumed you were familiar that Uber/Lyft are experiencing driver shortages and excessive wait times which might cause you to miss your flight. You have been one of the most organized and conscientious renters I’ve encountered as you had an entire binder with you devoted to trip planning so forgive my assumption that you were familiar with all logistical details and our prior correspondence. Again, I appreciate your feedback and apologize your expectations were not met.

Great RV! Very clean, comfortable, and drove well! Towels and sheets are a fee. There is a “check-in” and “check-out” hour that I wasn’t aware of but wasn’t negatively affected by as Cristina accommodated my “early” arrival. Cristina and her husband are very nice. The RV made our trip to Yellowstone amazing! This was the nicest RV I found upon booking (early)!

Wonderful way to see Yellowstone!! We had four kiddos with us and we had just enough room. The fridge held a lot of food, the cabinets above held the dry goods, the beds we're comfy, shower worked well, camp chairs were a plus, and heating and cooling was sufficient.

We rented the RV to drive through Yellowstone and Tetons. Great machine with great features. Priced very fairly and the hand-off was seamless. Cristina and Justin were very attentive to our needs and took the time to carefully explain the vehicle to us. Would definitely rent from them in the future.

Loved everything about this rental. Easy to drive, the owners were great to work with, we had 2 adults and 2 kids fit easily, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely rent it again and tell others to as well!!
