We had a fantastic time towing the runaway camper! My Subaru Crosstrek did a fine job towing to Knoebels a short 35 minutes away! It slept my partner and I, and our young son perfectly! I would bring your own extension cord so you can plug in at a campground no problem! The pickup location was a little hard to find, make sure your Google maps is loaded before you take off, cell service is a bit spotty out in the gorgeous mountains! 5 Stars for Mike and his awesome camper!!!

Mike was easy and awesome to deal with!! Mike and Outdoorsy saved the day for me! If my original reservation hadn't fallen thru I would not have had the opportunity to meet Mike and the perfect camper/trailer. My time at knoebels was so enjoyable and relaxing. The Runaway camper was easy to tow, lightweight and so easy and quick to set up. I will be booking again with Mike in the future!

We rented the camper for one night to check it out before possibly ordering one. Working with Mike was easy and fun. He went over the camper and when we returned it gave us instructions for ordering one. The camper was clean and in great working order. I have several more questions before making a final decision on which one to order but we will definitely be dealing with Mike when we do.

Our experience renting thru Outdoorsy was perfect. Mike at XYZ Camping in PA was amazing- he took so much time with us to ensure we were comfortable and confident with everything before we shoved off on our first rv adventure. Highly recommend if we could give Mike/XYZ and Outdoorsy 6 stars we would!

We came from MA to rent this Runaway RangeRunner in PA for 6 days / 5 nights as a test run before we bought one as we had never seen one in real life. 2 middle aged people who haven’t camped since childhood. Loved the blank canvas and how you can make it fit your needs so much that we bought one when we returned the rental. Michael was great & fast with any questions we had from the beginning. I definitely recommend renting before you buy or just renting if you want a vacation. Luckily we already owned most of what we needed and filled my Subaru Forester with a 10x10 canopy / screen room, queen air mattress, microwave, coffee maker, cooler, solar generator, portapotty, chairs, table, fan, small heater, and lots of outdoor paraphernalia. We made a simple free standing shelf at home that we assembled on site to help us with storage space inside. Nothing attached to trailer obviously. Everything worked out great. Plenty of room inside. You just need to get used to not being able to stand up fully.

We rented the RangeRunner for a weeklong camping trip in upstate New York. My mother slept in the trailer while my son and I slept in a rooftop tent. It was a perfect setup for us. The RangeRunner was comfortable for sleeping while providing a ton of utility for storage (both in and on). It towed great behind our Jeep Gladiator and it was easy to setup at camp. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a lightweight trailer for comfortable sleeping and convenient hauling — especially because dealing with Micheal before, during, and after is such a pleasure. He is super-responsive and helpful. This makes the whole experience so much easier and better.

We were able to rent the Runaway Ridge Runner camper from XYZ camping before deciding whether to buy one. It was a long drive from where I live near Baltimore, but Mike was very easy to deal with and everything went great. Definitely recommend renting especially if considering buying.

Mike is great to work with. Down to Earth, honest guy. The rental camper is clean, nice and affordable and kept us comfortable on a cold night that dropped well into the 30's. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
