My wife and I are new to renting out our RV. We usually just use it for our personal vacations and letting our family use it. This is a new experience for us, but we make sure everything is taken care of and ready to go when you arrive. There will be: a completed check-list, full tank of gas, full tank of propane, tires with air, coolant/oil/etc checked and topped off.
