Owner was helpful and answered questions in a timely manner. RV was clean, well kept, and easy to tow. We enjoyed our experience so much, that we are going to purchase our own RV.

We enjoyed our trip! Rv was in good /clean condition. Any questions we had Alex got back to us right away. Only suggestion would be to bring extra padding for the bed.

It was an outstanding experience! First trailer trip and we all loved it. Trailer is very good and new. We had a flat tired and Outdoorsy Assistance helped us properly. Alex is very responsive!

Not a good experience!! Do NOT rent this RV. I went to pick it up and the outside was filthy. First bad sign....I dealt with a guy name Alex.....not Erika as the name on this listing. He told me he didn't have time to clean it after the last rental. This was after I texted him earlier in the day and asked him if the RV was ready to go. He replied yes. Upon arrival, I asked him if the fresh water tank was full.....the answer was NO. So, we had to wait around to get that done. Also, I was not told that there were no sheets, pillows and blankets for the bunks. So, we had to detour to Walmart last minute. The inside of the RV was filthy too. The floor was nasty, there was dirt and stuff in the main bed, and there were tiny ants crawling around the counter tops. Before we returned the RV, my daughter and I literally scrubbed every square inch of the RV....including the floor. We left the RV way cleaner than it was when we got it. WAY cleaner. We emptied the tanks...and flushed them with water......which by the way.....they had nothing in the RV to put in the toilet/tank to keep the smell down. And we made sure to only go number 1 in the RV....no number 2's. By the 3rd day....it was starting to really stink. Alex or Erika....whoever it is....showed up at drop off a good 20 minutes late after communicating with him for hours to let him know our eta. Then saying that he "forgot" to text me his home address to drop off the RV. That was never discussed at all......Yeah, kinda weird. Then to top it all off, I receive an email that they are taking $80 out of my deposit for cleaning and because we didn't "fill the gas tank"!? The only time the gas was used was to heat up some water to shower.....because the hot water heater didn't work on the generator. Maybe total of 2 hours running the hot water heater. And they want to charge me to fill it....when it wasn't even full to begin with. Dealing with them about it hasn't been very "professional" either.....The entire thing was a bit shady.....do not rent this RV!!

Its really sad having to deal with people that aren't clean, from all my reviews you are the only one with issues because we are charging you $40 for cleaning. Also you know you are supposed to fill up the LP. This guy talking about pest but where are the pictures?never text me that you had an issue until we charged you the cleaning. You are right on the pick up I was 20 minutes late due to traffic but I let you know that I was running late, and because of that you brought the RV back 6 hours after delivery time which is at 3pm and I did not complain or said anything....now days you can't pleased anyone... I wish I could post pictures of how you returned my Rv so people could see how dirty you are, but I sent them to you so at least you know it.

Went to Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone. Great handling on the road. Enough room for a family of 5. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Ran into an issue with the tires on the way home but it was handled quickly by roadside assistance. Great communication with owner. Very responsive!

Alex's trailer was very clean and everything was in good working order. He even had a coffee pot and kitchen essentials. We didn't have a problem towing it with our half ton Tundra. It comfortably slept 6 of us for our camping trip.
