I setup a rental with Matt but due to issues with my hitch, I was unable to complete the rental. Matt was very understanding about the situation. As for the trailer itself, it is brand new and looks it. It is perfectly stocked with just what you need. Walk through was thorough and communication with Matt was easy. I’m looking forward to addressing my hitch issues and renting this trailer again.
