Richard was great and so easy to work with. The Keystone Passport met our needs and Richard made sure it was clean and well-outfitted. His orientation and instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand; we felt well-prepared.

Richard was an exceptional host. We had to wait til day of delivery for site location. Even then, the site selection was up to us. I was busy at a horse show. Richard kindly searched for best site and set up. It was great . Richard took care of me.

Would absolutely recommend this RV for any camping trip. It was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for a weekend on the lake. And Richard was extremely easy to work with.
