Easy check in and return. Vehicle was great, easy to drive and was a welcome upgrade from a tent, especially for the day it rained. The electrical system lasted four days and the interior was well equipped.

The van is perfect for two people exploring the area/camping. We stayed in basic campgrounds with friends and it worked out well especially during inclement weather for a dry place to hang out. Plus the solar shower was awesome! We had a blast and found it to be very convenient. The only downside was we found a few "quirks" that were just a little inconvenient (previous renters caused minor damage, but hid it probably for fear of being charged. But now because we reported the issues, it can all be fixed for the next renter instead of being left busted and impacting the next renters trip). Melody was great with communication, the pick up and drop off were easy. And if we come back, it will be our go to plan.

We had an excellent week-long trip. The van was easy to drive, you just have to get adjusted to not having a rear view mirror. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed, like chairs, dish soap, towels, etc. Bed is a little short if you have two people and one is tall. Check in and out was simple and Joe explained everything clearly. Overall great experience and we’ll definitely rent again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and care of the planned meeting and introduction to the van. The RV was clean, well built, clean, and wonderful to use. The owner and staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and quick to respond. Was very impressed on the entire operation and highly recommend this van and company.

This camper van was just as described! Melody and Joe are both very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was perfect for a solo trip to the Smoky Mountains. I felt very safe and comfy inside, and it is fully stocked for all your needs! I had a wonderful time. (Driving it at faster speeds on windy, busy interstates was a bit nerve wracking, but admittedly I am not experienced driving a van this tall!)
