Frist of all, the pick up address reflected on Outdoorsy is not right, and thus I had to drive a 5 hour round trip for pick up and drop off which impacted our total trip time. The pics of the interior on the site is inaccurate and very outdated. The interior of the van is very old, dirty and smells old. Sanitizing was done very quickly, and I did not feel it was cleaned adequately when I picked it up, as there was dust and a lot of residue was removed by myself when re-cleaning the vehicle.

Great! Easy and very convenient for road trip for two! Ernel was also very responsive for any questions or needs which made the trip even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing time in Ernel's camper. This unit is super clean, very well laid out, and decked with cool electronics. Ernest is a great communicator and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Ernel great to work eith. His Mercedes 2500 RV was a perfect fit for the 2 of us. One of the 6 days rained all day, we stayed inside the comfy interior, plenty of room, lot's of relaxation.

Loved the van! It drove beautifully and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the heater. We stayed toasty warm at night! Ernel was super friendly and helpful. He even sent us a little info packet via text with pictures and explanations of how things worked in the van.

Ernel was an incredible host and we’re so glad we rented through him! He was very thorough with our walkthrough and left us feeling more than comfortable for our first RV trip, His van has everything and then some, it was perfect for our trip, and we’d definitely rent from him again. He was hands-off throughout our trip (which was great!) yet quickly responded whenever we had a question or needed a tip.

Arnel was fantastic - giving us a thorough run-through of all of the features of the van...he showed us how to do everything we needed to make our outdoor adventure enjoyable...he was also quickly available for any needs we had on the road (which were minimal)

Ernel was very helpful and the van was in great condition and extremely clean. We made coffee every morning, the van has a nice sink and kitchen area. We had a great weekend, and we stayed warm and cozy in the van, it got cold outside!

The whole experience was awesome. We had no issues learning about the ins and outs of the RV and whenever we had a question Ernel was quick to reply. Recommend him highly!
