Tim’s RV made our trip easy and fun. We rented from him last year for the same trip and it was just as before. We’re novice RVers, but he made it easy for us. It’s well stocked with household essentials. He even saved our s’mores making when we forgot our roasting sticks - there are some in the outdoor storage, along with some games and other useful camping gear. We’d definitely rent from Tim again.

This is a well-kept older RV. Engine runs great. It drives nicely. Everything works well, it's well stocked with kitchen essentials, and it was very clean when we picked it up. The owners are super nice, too. Highly recommended renting from them.

The RV was perfect for a 9 day Colorado tour of colleges and adventures. One adult, and two teenage boys fit perfectly, any more would be tight fit, unless there were two in the queen bed. It's almost a 20 year old RV, but it was perfectly clean and almost everything worked. The couple things I would expect to be fixed if I were to rent it again are the toilet, which never sealed well and stunk up the cabin occasionally, and the front wheels were out of balance and needed an alignment. But these two things were small compared to the fun we had in this RV, and Tim was great and super easy to work with. Overall, a great experience.

I highly recommend booking with Tim! He is very nice and very knowledgeable! Tim saved us from a last minute cancellation that happened with a different RV owner. When we contacted Tim to see if he could accommodate our 2-week long trip at the last minute, he was very responsive and assured us that we would have no issues booking with him. He also stated that he had never cancelled a booking before - This reassurance gave us a lot of comfort and we greatly appreciated the quick responses to all of our questions/concerns. The RV was spacious enough to accommodate our group, which consisted of 5 guys all in our late 20s / early 30s. There was plenty of room to move around both while driving and when parked. There was plenty of storage for our clothes and luggage. One thing I greatly appreciated was Tim's patience with us as this was our groups first time traveling in an RV. Tim gave us a great detailed walkthrough and overview so that we were comfortable with the RV. He also was very flexible with the pick up and drop off times. It was the perfect way to vacation and explore during these times. If you are considering booking an RV in the Denver area, I highly recommend booking with Tim!

Tim was very friendly and helpful which was great since we had not RV'd in over 30 years. Rv itself although older (2004), it ran well with a few idiosynchronicities. I would definitely rent from Tim again using this RV in the future

We had such a blast! Tim is so relaxed and kind from the moment of booking to when you have a question about the inner workings of the vehicle. The RV has everything you could want and things you didn’t know you wanted (poof, they are there)! We were first time RV renters and Tim helped us feel very comfortable, including our fur baby who received a warm welcome and felt right at home, so much so that she gave Tim a big lick in the face. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and setup makes camping a breeze. I would absolutely rent this same vehicle again! This family goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are at home.

5 stars all around - Tim was fantastic! My family had the best time in Minnie Winnie, she took us all over the West to several national parks in the heat of the summer. Tim’s communication was on point, he is kind and honest and his quick guide he made for the RV was so helpful! The listing is accurate, this is a 2004 RV so your expectations should be just that. We didn’t mind the 2000s decor- Minnie was a champ up and down mtns and all other terrain with no mechanical issues and that was most important to us! Tim and his wife keep the RV clean and include all the necessities for a great camping trip! We would absolutely rent from Tim again! Thanks!!

Awesome experience for our first RV adventure! Minnie Winnie did great for our entire trip and was extra comfortable for our family of 4! Tim was awesome and super helpful, even for questions along the way!
