The camper was delivered, set up and ready to use when we arrived to our destination. Ryan responded in a timely manor with any questions we had. The camper had sings of use as the awning was missing and there was duck tape throughout both inside and out. But, it served our purpose. Outdoorsy's communication was lacking in many ways. Once you complete and accept the rental, your agreement is nowhere to be found on the website. I had to open a chat and inquire when the final payment would be processed. Within minutes the final payment was processed without a chat response. I find this very poor customer service. It would be a helpful feature to add under "My Trips" your current rental with a payment schedule showing what has been paid, and when the next payment is due.
The rental process was confusing when it asked for 3rd party insurance and asked for verification when that was provided by the owner, Ryan (which I had to ask Ryan about). This camper was to be delivered, we were not pulling it ourselves. Furthermore, once the payments were fully processed, I was notified the camper would be ready for pick-up, when delivery was selected and paid for. I had to message Ryan to confirm, and he did in fact let me know it would be delivered... Thank you Ryan :-) For the lack of communication on Outdoorsy's part, I give them 2 stars at best, and although the camper is in need of repairs, Ryan was great to work with, and I give him 4 stars.

We had a great experience! Ryan was great to deal with and very flexible. Last minute, we decided we needed the RV delivered and Ryan had it delivered right away! The camper was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for our weekend. And for a great price.

This was a great camper for us for our long weekend. Ryan was very accommodating and had great communication throughout our experience. We used the delivery option and it couldn’t have gone more smooth!

Spacious and clean unit with a nice layout and ample storage space. Large shower and plenty of room under retractable canopy.
We took it for a long trip (2500+ ) over several states and it served our needs well. Ryan (the owner) was flexible and easily accessible for assistance with minor hiccups. Not difficult to set-up and considerably easier to maneuver than other trailers of same size. Adding anti-sway bars (as we did) helped tremendously on long, windy sections of highways. Overall, a good choice for the price.
