I will definitely never rent from Jon again. First night we were there the a/c started pouring water into the camper around 1:45 in the morning. We were up all night mopping it up and emptying pots filled with water. I popped the cover off the a/c just to see if I could see anything. A little tab broke off that you could tell had been super glued back on. The next day he admitted it was already broke but proceeded to charge my deposit for it. Basically charging me for trying to save his camper from getting water damage. So Friday midday he said the problem was fixed. It worked Good Friday night but the same problem happened Saturday night. Friday while he was there said he was gonna give me my money back for Thursday night but failed to do so. He also said there was a puncture on the couch which there wasn’t it was just wear from his usage before. The camper is 3.5 years old it’s gonna have some wear but don’t charge your renters for it. All in all just a bad experience and has turned me off from renting campers all together.
