About Kelly Harper

Hi! My name is Kelly, I'm retired from the US Army. I am from California and my wife is from Germany. We have five children, four grandchildren, and a dog named Max. Our children and grandchildren are spread between Chicago, Georgia, and Germany! Though I am retired I now work as an independent contractor. I do welding and fabrication and light construction, home renovations and repairs. I'm busy!! I look forward to meeting you! :)
