This was my first experience with outdoorsy and it was a great experience. Abraham made sure that we had everything we needed. Even when the a/c went out he brought us a window a/c until he got the repairman out. He checked on us after that to make sure all was well. Can’t thank him enough for his great camper and being a fantastic host. Highly recommend renting from him.

Very pleased with my first experience to renting my first camper! I always rent houses on vacations so figured I would try renting camper instead of cabin like I usually do. I rented space next to my family and had my camper pulled right in with everyone else! Absolutely pleasure to have such great professional smooth transaction with picking up a clean camper with everything exactly as pictured. Definitely woud rent from Abraham again!

Abraham and Courtney were very friendly and easy to work with. I’ve had trouble communicating with owners in the past, but that was certainly not the case with Abraham. He was very quick to reply to all my questions. The pricing was more than fair, and the RV was amazing! Not only was it super clean, but it was well stocked with many items I forgot to pack! I would highly recommend renting from this pair, and am already looking forward to our next biking with them!!!

The transaction began smoothly, and our introduction and pre-rental meeting were pleasant. Unfortunately, Abraham is an inexperienced in the world of trailers, having purchased this camper for local use only, so he had never towed more than a handful of miles. As such, he disregarded basic tire maintenance which resulted in not one, not two, but THREE blowouts while I was using the camper on a longer trip. The spare provided (with no jack or lug wrench, mind you) was improperly inflated, to boot. I had to pay for three tires for which I have yet to be reimbursed for, to say nothing of the destruction it did to the TPMS I had placed on the trailer for safety before the cheap and old tires exploded at sub-speed limit speeds. (I would mention the ruined clothing from crawling around under the camper, but it seems like piling on) Two of the blowouts occurred simultaneously and required an exceedingly dangerous interstate-side replacement for which I ultimately had to summon State Police to close off a lane of traffic for. If all this wasn't terrible enough, Abraham then added insult to injury by filing a claim attempting to extract money from ME for his deductible for the repairs precipitated by his negligence and deferred maintenance. Thankfully, Outdoorsy found in my favor and denied Abraham's demand. The tires and hitch provided were underrated for the application as well -- something that should have been a given when renting an RV. All of this makes the fact that they grey and black water tanks hadn't been fully emptied and the dirty microwave seem insignificant by comparison. It should also be made known that Abraham was very rude after I returned the camper in a series of vitriolic emails/texts, which I believe reveal who you're truly dealing with. I'm afraid I can't recommend renting from Abraham. It was a harrowing and difficult experience that is still going on today while I try to recover the hundreds of dollars I spent on Abraham's camper. Completely ruined the vacation experience for which I had paid nearly $1,000 for.
