Steven and Diana definitely went the extra mile in providing me with an excellent rental experience in Feb. 2024..
They were extremely welcoming and accommodating at all tmes.
From the time I started the rental process to the day I returned the motorhome, and some days in between, they were readily available and excellent to communicate with. They helped troubleshoot and remedy a few minor issues while I was on the road.
The vehicle was well maintained and easy to drive and maneuver over the areas I visited. I appreciated the well supplied kitchen, bathroom towels, bed linens and the lawn chairs. I would suggest adding only a few minor things; the missing panel on the screen door, a glass or metal coffee mug, a slightly larger pliers and larger crescent wrench and a fly swatter.
As a result of their overall thoroughness and attention, my dog and I had a very enjoyable month-long holiday touring California and Arizona.

Steve was very helpful, he explained everything to us we didn't know about RVs (lots of things). The living area is very cosy. They answered all calls and messages. I do recommend renting an RV from Steve and Diana.

As always, we just love taking this rig out!The rig is easy to drive, travels uphills with ease; small enough to get into all parks yet large enough to be family friendly. The windows from the bed in the back offer excellent views; excellent for ocean views with morning coffee while in bed. Plenty of storage. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. I personally love that the thermostat is bedside (arms length) for those cold mornings; just flick the switch while still under the covers to get the rig warm. Steven and Diana are awesome to work with and quick to respond to questions and/or general communication. The rig is in great shape, always clean and ready to go at pickup.

We had a great time! Wonderful hosts that were very accommodating with our departure and return! Highly recommend for a trip to Joshua Tree. We were able to park our car on the street by their house for the weekend.

Absolute great experience! Diana and Steve were great hosts. Pick up/drop off was a breeze. The RV was exactly as advertised. Everything functioned well...which was great because we ran into cold/windy weather during our trip. Would definitely rent from Diana and Steve again.

The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The hosts very nice and hospitable. We had a mechanical inconvenience and the hosts went out of their way to resolve the issue. I would absolutely rent the same vehicle from these hosts again. We had a great trip!

Diana and Steve were excellent! They were very helpful and patient with me considering it was my first RV experience. I was able to communicate with them as much as I needed and they were quick to respond with necessary information. They definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me and Im very grateful to them for their kindness. Overall we had a great trip and I learned a lot.

Steve and Diana were great hosts and showed us everything we needed to know about the RV we rented from them. They were flexible on pick up and return times as well. The RV was a perfect size for the two of us and my husband found it very easy to drive. Definitely recommend this unit!!

Steve and diana were awsome couldt ask for a better experiance arrangments were made with no problem steve showed us everithing about camper with a great knowlege of unit.We will defenatly be renting from them again.Camper was in great shape and kept up verry nicely everthing worked as should and was a great experiance Thank you guys so much

Rented for big 6 week trip. Unfortunately did not go well. When picked up, the roof a/c didn’t work. Spent first day running around getting it fixed. Numerous problems with Rv. Window screen missing, no cable for tv, awning torn and unusable, drawers not latching, leaking roof vent, dirty dishes and wallpaper peeling throughout! Owners were nice people, but didn’t seem to care about our many problems. Obviously, the Rv was not well maintained . Would not recommend or rent again!

Diana and I are sorry Mr. Gregory’s trip did not go as planned. It got off to a rough start which leads to compounding issues. I understood Mr. Gregory was upset because the day before pick up I struck an overhang at the truck wash, damaging the air conditioner. I arranged to have it repaired and Mr. Gregory met me at the repair shop early the following morning, pick-up day. The A/C was repaired within 45 minutes. However, Mr Gregory went home to load up but the problem persisted requiring him to return to the repair shop once again. Immediate repairs were performed and the coach was back in action before noon. We understand this was an inconvenience and,if asked, would have arranged some sort of concession for the troubles incurred. We apologize, Mr. Gregory, and can only hope another opportunity is afforded us to prove our previous reviews are accurate.
