Hello My my name is James, My wife Alexis and our 2 boys and I have really enjoyed getting to explore the outdoors in our motorhome. We have traveled coast to coast in this rig and it was a blast. We try to get out twice a month to explore idaho. So far our favorite place is Redfish Lake with a 1 night stop over at Kirkham hot springs. We look forward to sharing our RV with you and your family for your next adventure.

This was the worst experience! One week before my family- including my 3 kids- were about to go on vacation with no warning or reason, James cancelled my reservation. The only way I even found out was a credit on my credit card (short $291 I will add!) Hasn't responded to any messages or texts. Outdoorsy says "Oh well! Better luck next time!" Horrible HORRIBLE horrible! Would give ZERO stars if this review system would let me but it wouldn't!

The RV is in good condition with minor imperfections. The motor , generator, AC Unit , Heater all work well. The RV needed a couple items to make our trip better and James provided the items. In the pre planning phase of the trip it was sometimes difficult to get a complete response from James which made planning a little more difficult. The RV suited all our needs .
James is a pleasant person and easy to do business with.

The wife and I had a great time at the first annual Bogus Fest. The RV was in great condition and very clean. James went over everything before we headed out and made sure I know how everything worked. We would highly recommend him and will use him and his RV again when we need it.

left with brake lights not working, needed several small repairs ,bathroom not clean, floors not clean, tires low on air .had to buy pans to cook with , very poorly stocked

This was my first experience with Outdoorsy and I was nervous about the process and the concept. In my communication with James before I booked the reservation he was fast and helpful with his responses. Once I booked the reservation I had a few more questions which were also answered promptly. The walk through when I picked the motor home up was informative and really took away all my concerns. James knows his Winnebago and is a genuinely nice and caring person. On my 10-day trip I didn’t run into any issues and when I returned the motor home clean and with tanks full and empty as appropriate he returned my full deposit. I couldn’t have asked for a better first rental experience and it certainly won’t be my last.
