I had virtually no experience with the unit Alex rented (as I disclosed to him), so his was a bit of “my” maiden voyage. There were some kinks to be worked out, and Alex’s handiness made light work of them. He was very courteous of the unit, and really a pleasure to work with. The unit is absolutely available to him again, anytime he’d like to use it! =)
