Deanna was very communicative and both her and her husband explained the working of the trailer very well. We had a great time on our trip and the trailer was easy to pull, we enjoyed our trip immensely .

We didn’t have an experience with this trailer as there was some sort of mix up on pricing from when we booked to when our credit card was charged. I believed this to be an Outdoorsy error. I had made contact with Deanna on the matter and she was swift in trying to rectify the issue, unfortunately, the price we were given was significantly lower than they normally rent the trailer out for so she was unable to lower the rental to that amount. Deanna then contacted me later, on her own accord to give us the option of cancelling for a full refund. This situation could’ve been A LOT more stressful for me and my girlfriend but Deanna made it painless and was very understanding. We now actually understand the rates of trailer rentals and can be more diligent in the future. I hope this issue doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future, as it causes a lot of stress. We are just grateful of Deannas understanding and compassion. If we ever do decide to rent a trailer in the future, we’d save up more money and rent from the Green’s!

Deanna and her husband were outstanding to work with. I had zero experience with an RV trailer but they walked me through everything from towing to setup. I would highly recommend renting from Deanna, you can’t go wrong. I would rent from them again but we enjoyed the experience so much we went out and bought our own trailer.

The communication with Deanna and Tony was very nice, easy and done with honesty. They are very nice people to deal with. We agreed to pick up the travel trailer a bit early, and they were a head of us at the location of pick up. Since it was our first time to rent a travel trailer Deanna and Tony explained to us everything about the trailer and how to use it. Tony even lent me borrow his towing mirrors for free (thank you, Toni). The receiving and returning of the trailer was straight forward and done with honesty. If I rent a travel trailer again I would definitely rent from them. Thank you Deanna and Tony for making our renting experience an enjoyable and hassle free one.

This rv is well stocked and has a very nice layout. The owners have paid attention to detail especially including a coffee maker!
It was very easy to tow as well.
If I am ever in need of an rv in the area again, I will request this trailer specifically!
