Went on a trip for my dad's birthday and had originally booked with someone else and the plans didn't fall through, so I messaged the host Brian last minute hoping something would work. And Brian was absolutely amazing, the communication was there, he promptly responded to any questions or concerns. While out on the trip the first day I couldn't get the fridge to work but that was definitely user error, he messaged me back letting me know what to do. Trailer was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.
