Let me start of my saying I have rented RVs atleast 10 times before and I have never had an issue like this, first of all the Rv was not in good shape to begin with, when I pulled out the lower bunk bed I heard loud cracking however I wanted my children ages 5 and 4 to sleep close to the ground so I allowed them to sleep there, the next day my 5 year old son scratched his foot from a nail sticking out of the bed that was broken I decided to remove the broken piece and push the bunk bed back in, for safety reasons I covered the nails sticking out of the bed with a blanket, when Tyler arrived I explained how it was broken prior and that it needed to be repaired a few screws (not nails) would have done the job, I apologized for leaving a few forks in the sink because we had ran out of water to wash them, we did a walk through and said everything was ok, only to find out he held back 400 of my deposit for the already broken bed, forks in sink, and because we forgot to sweep, we paid 75$extra cleaning fee when booking I think 75$ is more than enough for a few utensils and sweeping, and my son 5 year old son, that weighs 30 pounds was hurt because of a loose board on a bottom bunk bed, extremely disappointing in how long it’s taking outdoorsy to help me with this problem it’s been 23days I put the claim in and no resolution!

It was great working with Tyler! He made the renting process very easy. We had him drop off and pick up the trailer. This drop off and pick up service worked great for us. Everything went very smooth. The trailer had a lot of space, was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely rent from Tyler again!!!

The camper was great. It was nice to have such a large camper as we were camping with a large group on a very rainy weekend. We were able to have a place to hang out even when the rain came.

Tyler was great to work with, responded quickly to our questions and made pickup and drop off very easy. The trailer was very clean and well maintained.
