The owner was helpful. The RV didn’t handle the hot desert air, we were miserable at night. The toilet was a terrible experience for my wife because of its height and her bad knees. We brought it back after one week, instead of the two weeks we planned, in fact we spent the last 3 days in hotels on our way back. Needless to say, it was an expensive lesson, we found that we are not RVers.

Our vendor helped us resolve a minor electrical issue during our trip.He was able to advise of asimple diagnostic and the simple actions needed to effectively fix the issue.I would rent from him again in a heartbeat.

This was my second time renting the same RV from Bryan. The RV is in great working shape and Bryan is the best to work with! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, I will always rent from Bryan whenever I need an RV in the Reno/Tahoe area. Highly recommend!

Both the RV and Bryan were a joy. We had everything we needed, the RV was in great shape with no issues, and Bryan made everything completely easy. We especially appreciated that we were able to bring the RV back in July 4th so we could catch our flight. Bryan was also extremely responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend not only thins vehicle, but any of the RV’s that he has!
