This was our 1st RV experience. I was so incredibly happy with the help and assistance Eugene was able to provide to our trip. From the moment I went to pick up the RV to the moment I went to return it, he was so helpful and available to me with answering any questions we had regarding any issue we might have no matter how small or big of an issue. Luckily for us it was all smooth sailing. The RV was so clean and was set up to fit any of your needs. It was cable ready so we wouldn’t miss any big television events and everything looked we well taken care of which made it a comfortable ride to and back. Thank you Eugene for everything!!

Very good vehicle with all possible options.
Eugene is very generous and kind professional to deal with.
He was very quick to attend to my queries. We never had any troubles with the RV during our trip.

An amazing trip was ruined by the owner trying to rip us off. He miss-quoted initially and tried to make up for his error by taking $1600 out of our security deposit, covering his initial error as well as lots of false expenses for damages and cleaning. Luckily Outdoorsy saw what he was trying to do, but it took 5 weeks to get out money back. Do not trust him!

Misinformation #1
Yes, there was a computer error which charged you a 3 day rental instead of 6 days. Which face to face you agreed to pay, then decided not to and claim I was charging extra.
Misinformation #2
I reviewed the contract with you prior to your departure. I stressed the importance of returning the RV in the same condition prior to being rented. That mean full of fuel/ cleaned interior/ exterior some what cleaned. I was up front with the additional fees if not returned this way. You even signed under each heading! Extra fees were because of your neglect.
Misinformation #3
There was damage to our RV full body paint with scratches on driver side and passenger side roof. This clearly shows your negligence when driving our RV. So of course I have to charge for that!

What a great rental experience. The vehicle was immaculate and had every option under the sun! Eugene was extremely helpful with any questions we had during our excursion. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to step it up..
